MsgWallet is prepaid: you recharge your wallet with a pack, and credits are used only when a message is accepted for delivery. Pay for a pack, and once your payment is confirmed the credits are added to your wallet. No monthly rent. How payment works
Today: pay by UPI transfer (no extra fee) and we add credits after confirming your payment, usually the same working hour. Online card/UPI checkout with instant credits is launching soon; it will carry a gateway fee shown clearly before you pay.
Failed messages are refunded to your wallet automatically as providers report them. See the Refunds & cancellation page for money refunds.
