This page says what we collect and why, in plain words.

What we collect

• Your account details: name, email, phone.
• Contact lists you upload (names/numbers/email addresses of your customers).
• Campaign content and send reports (status per recipient).
• Payment confirmations (we never store full card numbers; gateway payments are handled by the payment gateway).

How we use it

• To run your campaigns and show your reports.
• To add credits after your payment is confirmed.
• To keep the service safe (abuse and spam checks).

What we never do

• We never sell your data or your contact lists.
• We never message your contacts for ourselves or for other customers.

Sharing

We share message content and recipient numbers only with the delivery providers needed to send your campaign (for example the WhatsApp Business API provider and email providers) and with the payment gateway when you pay online.

Retention and deletion

Ask us any time to delete your lists or close your account; we remove data we no longer need for legal or billing records.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Access to customer data is limited to the operator of Digi Soft.
